Christmas Cookie & Beer Pairing

Sure, milk has always been the cookie sidekick, but we’re here to prove there’s a tastier match waiting in your pint glass. This holiday season, we’re pairing a Christmas beer flight with four gourmet cookies from Momma Gates Bakes - a combo so good it’ll make you rethink everything you thought you knew about cookies. Festive, fun, and downright irresistible, these pairings might just convince you that beer is the new milk… but if you prefer the classic milk and cookies, we’ve got you covered too — just click the Milk option when purchasing.
This is an open-house-style event, so come by anytime between 2–5 PM to enjoy your cookies & beer.

The Colorado Springs Firefighters Foundation – IAFF Local 5 are a strong, positive presence in the Colorado Springs community. They believe in serving this city both on and off duty, and they make a real difference by getting involved in meaningful community efforts and causes.

Local 5 members put the welfare of our community above their own safety every day, and that dedication doesn’t end when their shift does. They volunteer countless hours supporting local service projects and charitable initiatives — simply because they care about the people who call Colorado Springs home.

We’re proud to support their work through our Taproom Takeover, where $1 from every pint, cocktail, spirit, or glass of wine sold will go directly to the Colorado Springs Firefighters Foundation.
All tips from the night will also be donated.

Come grab a drink, spend some time with the folks who keep our community safe, and help us give back to the firefighters who show up for this city every single day.

Mash Mechanix Brewing is excited to host a Taproom Takeover in support of the Rocky Mountain Field Institute (RMFI) — a powerhouse nonprofit dedicated to protecting and restoring the wild places we all love.

RMFI engages thousands of volunteers every year to complete hands-on trail work, habitat restoration, and conservation projects throughout Southern Colorado. From Garden of the Gods to the Sangre de Cristos, their work helps keep our trails, landscapes, and ecosystems healthy and accessible for generations.

During the Taproom Takeover, Mash Mechanix will donate $1 from every pint, cocktail, spirit, or glass of wine sold to support RMFI’s mission and on-the-ground stewardship efforts.
All tips during the event will also go directly to RMFI.

Come grab a beer, meet the folks doing incredible conservation work in our backyard, and help support the preservation of Colorado’s great outdoors — one pint at a time.
